In general, the room cancellation policy for our hotels is as follows:

  • Cancellations made fifteen (15) or more days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge.
  • Cancellations made three (3) to fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 30% charge.
  • Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
  • If the room you are booking is labeled as non refundable, non cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
  • Cancellation policies can vary seasonally or depending on the room type.
  • There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”. If the number of guests on your reservation is reduced once the reservation is paid it is up to the hotel to determine applicable refunds or penalties.
  • Early Departures have an early departure fee. When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee.

If you prefer, email your cancellation request to us with the information and the reason for the cancellation. Your request will be processed and if it complies with the cancellation policies for the reserved service we will refund the corresponding amount to your Credit Card/ Bank.
